Charles Beulens
Law Clerk
Charles Beulens is a law clerk at King Law Group with a strong foundation in international and
criminal law, and a growing focus on U.S. immigration practice. He brings a global perspective to
his work, having lived and studied in both the United States and France, and is fluent in French and
English, with working proficiency in Spanish.
Charles is currently pursuing his LL.M. at the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law.
He previously earned his Master’s degree in Criminal Law, Criminology, and Forensic Psychology,
graduating cum laude, and completed his LL.B. in France. His academic work includes research on
police conduct and cross-cultural legal issues, reflecting his broader interest in justice and human rights.
Before joining King Law Group, Charles gained hands-on legal and investigative experience both in the United States and abroad. He served as a Deputy Juvenile Officer in Clay County, Missouri,
where he worked on juvenile case assessments and court recommendations. In France, he worked
with the Gendarmerie (French military police), conducting investigations, interviews, and evidence
collection, as well as with the French Criminal Police during an internship focused on case
documentation and legal procedures.
At King Law Group, Charles assists with legal research, case preparation, and client support across
a range of immigration matters. His multilingual abilities and cross-cultural experience allow him to
connect effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and help them navigate complex legal
processes with clarity and confidence.
