Raymon Aquino
Raymon Aquino is a bilingual English-Spanish legal professional and current Juris Doctor candidate at Washburn University School of Law, where he is actively involved in the Student Bar Association and the Hispanic American Law Student Association. Coming from a Hispanic background and having worked closely with refugee and underserved communities, Raymon is passionate about advocating for immigrant families and individuals navigating complex legal and social systems.
Before beginning law school, Raymon earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of Missouri, where his academic work included research on government policy and social issues. His professional experience reflects a strong commitment to public service and community support. While interning with City of Refuge, he assisted refugee families with access to healthcare, education, transportation, and community integration services. He later worked with the Missouri Department of Social Services, providing structure, guidance, and support to at-risk youth in residential care settings.
Raymon brings professionalism, cultural understanding, and a client-centered approach to his work. As a native Spanish speaker, he values clear communication and believes every client deserves compassionate and effective legal support.
